King oyster mushroom cooks in an air fryer at 180°C (355°F) for 10~12 min. Preheat first, and flip once halfway. Edges browned and visibly shrunk
Mushrooms release water first and only start browning once it has gone, so do not panic if they look wet halfway through. A little oil keeps the surface from drying and preserves the meaty bite.
For 1 cm slices. Whole takes about fifteen minutes, thin slices about seven.
