Frozen pizza cooks in an air fryer at 180°C (355°F) for 8~10 min. Preheat first, and no flipping needed. Cheese fully melted, crust edge puffed
Frozen pizza is one of the few items where preheating genuinely changes the outcome. Warming up slowly from cold leaves the dough's moisture in place and you get a limp base; a hot basket sets the bottom immediately and drives that moisture off.
If the pizza is wider than the basket, cut it in half and cook in two rounds. Folding it in only leaves an undercooked crease and spilled cheese.

What usually goes wrong
- Skipping the preheat — soggy base
- Lining the whole basket with parchment — it blocks the heat from below
- Piling on extra toppings — the released water makes the cheese watery
