Chicken nuggets cooks in an air fryer at 180°C (355°F) for 8~10 min. No preheating needed, and flip once halfway. Evenly golden outside, piping hot inside
Nuggets are fully cooked before freezing, so this is really a reheat. That is why moderate heat wins: at 200°C the coating dries out long before the centre is properly hot.
Nuggets are small enough to cook when stacked, but stacked faces never brown. Keep one layer and add two minutes for every batch beyond ten pieces.

What usually goes wrong
- Cranking past 200°C — dry coating, lukewarm middle
- Not flipping — only the bottom browns
- Letting them sit — they go soft within five minutes of coming out
