Recheck the return location, deadline, late fees and check-in process in the agreement
Allow for traffic, fuel or charging time when setting the arrival time
Remove belongings from under seats, the boot, compartments and charging area
Remove rubbish and check for mess that could trigger a cleaning fee
Photograph all sides, wheels, glass, roof and cabin in good light
Photograph the odometer, fuel or charge level and warning lights with the car on
Review condition, fuel and mileage with staff and record any newly alleged damage
Get the check-in confirmation and final receipt and compare them with the agreement
