Adidas US 10 corresponds to a 280 mm foot length, which is Korean size 280, EU 44 and UK 9.5.
True to size overall, but Stan Smith and Superstar run small — most people go half a size up. Ultraboost is narrow through the midfoot.
Adidas and Nike differ by half a size in UK notation: the same US 9 is UK 8 at Nike and UK 8.5 at Adidas, so shopping by UK size alone will put you half a size off. Where millimetres are printed, use those.

How it fits
How to measure your foot
Stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper and mark the tip of your longest toe. Wall to mark is your foot length in millimetres. Measure in the evening — feet swell slightly through the day, and that is the size you actually wear.
Most people have two slightly different feet, so measure both and use the longer one. Trainers are normally chosen 5-10 mm longer than the foot itself.
